What can I say about Cyclone Nargis?
It hit around midnight between the 2nd and 3rd May 2008 and has caused absolute devastation.
Aside from being incredibly frightening, this storm left a crisis in its wake. Tens of thousands of people have died and it's only day 7 after the storm - this number is likely to rise exponentially, especially as the Burmese g*vernment are refusing to allow aid into the country, despite the total desperation of its people.
These pictures document my own personal experience of Cyclone Nargis. They are very real and the only reason there aren't more of them is that I've been so busy trying to get on with sorting things out that photographs quickly took a back seat.
